I need Help.

I'm trying to print out the deposit slip to pay at CIB bank at step 8 on ustravedosc (CGI) website, but does not accept the case ID nor goes to the following step. What should I do?

By the way, I have been trying to do this step 8 since November 21, 2015.... The embassy doesn't respond to my emails.

We are experiencing the exact same thing meromero.

I've sent 3 or more emails to the embassy and haven't gotten any response.

We can't pay the fee without the deposit slip and I can't access the deposit slip. So we are just stuck.

I read that the fee payment was done at the interview but I got an email from the embassy with instructions that said to pay the fee via the ustraveldocs (CGI) website.

Anyone been through this before? Any ideas on what to do? Or is it just a wait and wait and wait....?

Hi , we finaly got a response about 5 days ago from Cairo imigrant Visa department . They told us to mail all the documents they requested theough Aramex without the CIB payment receipt . After they receive all of the documents , they will update our case and let us know how to schedule our appointnet and make the payment . If you would like to email them yourself the email is cairoiv@state.gov you will probably not get a response for several days it took them 4 or 5 days to email us back . I hope this helps
