Not sure what you are asking for here? I got my NOA1 on 11/27/15 The checklist used was the one from this site and seemed to be very comprehensive..

scan date is when you send in your aos/iv package to nvc for which they require at least 30 days to process it. its the final step before they move the documents to local embassy.

12/14 Called nvc and was placed on supervisor review

12/15 case closed now waiting for appt date

Wow you are the luckiest person around. That almost never happens. Who was your supervisor?

I dont know which supervisor reviewed it. I just accepted the offer to place it on supervisor review. I know it was a risk of starting the clock over on the waiting time. I called again days later and found out it was closed day after supervisor review was requested.

supervisor review is very unpredictable as per the forum. for some its days, and for some its more than months. so i think it's more of country of chargeability but either way u have at least a lead no matter what. so i'd wait for 40 days (per current time frame frame from nvc) then i'd start calling them crazy until i get hold of a supervisor with specific answers. good luck.
