Where do "Touch" get posted?

A touch is just showing movement of your case, could represent anything nothing really, just saying someone looked at it or "touched" it, the date will change each time it is "touched"

Is it under the main portfolio screen or do I have to click on the wac number into another window? The main login screen show my case number and date submitted etc.

A "touch" you can see under portfolio "last updated". To see changes in your case you have to click on your case no. where you can see the detailed in formation.

01/13/2007 - Marriage

01/19/2007 - Filed AOS and EAD to Chicago

02/06/2007 - NOA that AOS has been forwarded to CSC

On the main screen (or inside your case) is Last Updated date - when this changes, you've been touched and that is the 'touched date.' Depending on how often you check, you could be touched multiple times but only see the one change.
