So my fiance is a Dominican male born in Europe I am American. I want to marry him, but I don't know which would be the quickest and least expensive way?

Other questions

After K-1 would we then have to do the K-3 process?

How long could he stay in the US after getting married on a K-1 Visa?

I don't know which approach to take?

I would like any help that you all can provide. Thanks

quickest - K1

cheaper - CR1

Ignore the K3. it's virtually obsolete and rarely granted. It is also twice as expensive as the CR1.
