Does anybody have experience with the response time for making an appointment with Dr. Cheema by email?

The website looks like they prefer email communication. We have sent an email with all the details needed to make the appointment.

How long should I wait before I call?

Calling won't work , it will say in voicemail that they don't answer or return calls and to inky get in contact by email, they will more then likely get back to you in minimum 48 hrs
