hello everyone hope you can help me

my question is can i go to cfo seminar even i dont have the passport ...

You can attend the seminar without the passport. Just need to return later with the passport and visa

Yes you don`t have to have your passport to attend CFO. You'll receive a certificate once you have passed. Once you have your passport return for your CFO sticker and your good to go.

Hi, I'm just wondering if the CFO at Naiaa is always open aside from the dates that was mentioned in their website ( closed on dec 24, 25 and jan. 1) I've been trying to call them but nobody is answering, I will be leaving on the 30th and I need to have a cfo sticker, I'll be coming from our province and head straight to the airport and I just wanna make sure I'm gonna be able to talk to someone there for the sticker or can I just walk-in? any input would really help.. Thanks

They do not man the CFO podium at NAIA continuously as they are moving from one terminal to another. Many have experience the phone not being answered but they, and I recommend this to you, keep trying. Eventually they were able to get through to someone.

You can get your CFO sticker (you must still take the seminar either at the Cebu or Manila locations) at Manila NIAI Term 1, 2 or 3. They request that you call ahead 2-3 days,

They are open from 5am till 12 midnight.
