Hi there, its me again.

My fiance is now filling up the form I-134 and I am now asking you guys for help on his behalf.

1. Dependents for support - does this pertains to his current household or me and my son?

2. Personal property/deposits/insurance/real estate - does he really need to declare any of these or the Form 1040 and the form W2 is enough?

3. Form 1040 and Form W2 - Do we need to bring the original forms together with the photocopies?

Thank you in advance!

1) Yes his current dependents are listed in section 8. Section 3 is for your fiancee and her children (if any)

2-3) No need to list personal property, or any other assets as USEM does not consider them. USEM looks at income, they want to see COPIES of the most recent tax return and W-2.

One more thing, he doesnt have any dependents on his current household since they all have a job. Is it ok to leave it blank or write N/A on section 8?

If all his children are of legal age, then he can leave section 8 blank.

Thanks Hank. Fiance is here, we are checking every documents that we have and making sure everything is complete. Interview is tomorrow and we are hoping for the best. I will let you all know the result.

Last one : Section 2. I was telling my fiance that he needs to fill it up:

I am __ age and have resided in the United States since ______.

He said he dont think he needs to fill that out.

Is he correct?
