Hi:

I checked the status of my I-485 application online at USCIS and the website stated " On November 13, 2015, we approved your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status... We will mail your approval notice. Please follow the instructions in the notice."

Does this mean that USCIS just approved the form/application or that USCIS has approved my entire application and my status is now adjusted?

it means you'r I 485 was approved...depending on what it was filed on...most likely if family based greencard. it isnt final until i 130 is also approved. either way, you are looking good!
