I sent mine on November 30th. It was received on December 2nd (tracking said delivered) but they still haven't cashed the check nor sent the NOA1. I'm getting concerned.

I went over EVERYTHING many times to make sure it was all done correctly and we meet all of the criteria.

Any ideas as to what might be going on?

Okay December filers as i was doing some investigation I have found so far 6 I-129F applications denied for December due to incorrect payment amount 1 for incorrect form. I'll definitely look into this more closely tomorrow. As its 2am in FL and I need to get some sleep!???

How do you check that? Now I REALLY can't sleep. The check was for $340.

I triple checked.

Maybe mine's the incorrect form but I don't see how that's possible either. I went over everything a bunch of times and followed the guides to the letter!

I have the app USCIS to check on my case. Well there is a search case tab and I put my receipt number and I can look up more cases so it shows just receipt number and status there's a lot of cases I-130s for example next to the case number it say recieved, approved, one had date of birth added, but it took them over a week to cash my check and I just got the hard copy today

So what happens? They just send them back and you can correct the issue and send back?

If it was something dumb like a date, I'll lose it.

I don't see why they wouldn't let you fix the issue and resend. They should allow you to, but don't worry I was stressing myself out and started not thinking about it and next thing u know I got the email. You have a copy of your application make sure the payment on the check is spelled out you can't use abbreviations and make sure the application form is the correct one. If all is good no worries.

How do I go about downloading the USCIS the USCIS app? I'm on Android/Google play but can't find anything that looks USCIS related.

Thanks

So if I wrote the check out to "Dept. of Homeland Security" and not DEPARTMENT, it would get sent back???

That could be it if that's the case. I may have written it out like that!
