Has anyone been able to called and talked to someone at CFO NAIA? When I call to let them know of my fiancee departure in advance they don't pick up the phone. I was advised to call them 2-3 days before the departure date but I wonder if it's really necessary and just go pick it up at NAIA.

They are closed, due to the Summit. Open next week. You can pick it up at NAIA. Here is the info.

Manila NIAI Term 1. The request that you call ahead 2-3 days,

CFO NAIA: 632-879-5685 or 02-879-5685

They are open from 5am till 12 midnight

CFO NAIA desk is at terminal one.. beside TIEZA travel tax desk.. between the entrance doors with the x-ray / conveyor machines.

Make sure you verify your terminal with the CFO agent as things have changed with all the terminals.

I reached CFO NAIA last Tuesday Nov 17 - just keep trying then someone will answer.. The guy from CFO NAIA told me that it's the consul who will inform them about someone getting a sticker before departure because they have one person representative to all terminals.. So being unsure of getting my sticker at the airport I prefer to get it in CFO Manila.

Just keep calling the number someone will answer - I tried 5 Times (consecutive) then someone picked up the phone

I was able to talk to someone after more than 80+ redialing :ranting:

After all it was NOT necessary to call them ahead and walk-in is fine I was told. They didn't even ask for my fiancee name and only thing they asked was to bring the CFO certificate.

For your reference please don't bother calling them. I called more than 80 times from 5am to 1:30pm (manila time). It's a waste of time and $ if you were to call outside of US like me.

The call ahead is noted on the CFO website, it is good to call ahead to make sure someone will be at the CFO counter that day. As you found out, many times NO ONE is there.

Actually CFO NAIA is at the Terminal 3 as well. When I was there twice in the last 3 months, I saw CFO desk at the departure level right next to the travel tax desk. Are we talking about the same CFO desk?

Thanks for the update. So many changes with the airport it's hard to keep a handle on where every thing is. You're a great help. If you travel through any of the other terminal's would be nice to have a location update and a picture. We can show others and give them a better answer when they ask.

Greenbaum,

I took few pictures and hopefully this will be helpful for many down the road. In Terminal 3, CFO is right front the Cathay Pacific check-in counters and I took these shots from different angles.

I don't think I can upload these pictures as the site only allows small size. If you PM me your email, I'll send them to you, and you can update your site.
