Hi Selmaben,

don't worry, just keep trying to get an appointment through Infopass website https://infopass.uscis.gov/ andsoon or later you will get an appointment, it took my boyfriend 3 or 4 more tries after I wrote my posts.

They will give the US citizen his/her Naturalization Number free of charge, there is no need to apply for a new certificate and wait 6 months :-)
