Letter of intent....please help!!!!!!!

My fiance is at this moment in CDJ, he is getting his medical done, and tomorrow is going to have an interview,

I sent a letter stating why i was not in the interview with him, and also stated that i was 100% supportive,and hoped we were granted with the visa, it was dated March, 2007.. also it was signed

My concern is,, was i supposed to send him a signed letter of intent ( the one they give us in the package) I thought it was only him the one signing it?????

Yes, you should have sent him a signed letter of intent. (Example: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...;page=examples) But take heart – often they do not ask for it at the interview. The letter you sent also might do the trick.

(Note: the Guides state both USC and beneficiary need the letter of intent for the interview BUT for example, our Consulate in India states they only need the letter from the beneficiary. Maybe it is different in different Consulates.)

Since the interview is tomorrow, I would suggest faxing or scanning & sending by email, a signed copy of a letter of intent from you. He can take that to the interview with him just in case they ask.

I think it is more of reaffirmation letter not letter of intent... and the letter that you already sent him is fine... Don't worry too much! Good luck with the interview!
