I have a few questions about the medical at St. Luke's.

1.) My fiancé already filled out his paperwork on their website, but now we just noticed that there are multiple locations. Does it matter which one he goes to??

2.) Secondly, I read something about making sure to get some paperwork from the medical so you don't have to redo stuff when it comes time to adjust his status. I can't seem to find that post now. Does anyone know if that's still true and/or what paperwork to make sure he gets??

Thanks for your help.

I have a few questions about the medical at St. Luke's.

1.) My fiancé already filled out his paperwork on their website, but now we just noticed that there are multiple locations. Does it matter which one he goes to?? Yes it matters which one he goes to. The address to attend his medical is found here http://dennyeyberg.wix.com/filipino-am-visa#!map---slec/c1kxx

2.) Secondly, I read something about making sure to get some paperwork from the medical so you don't have to redo stuff when it comes time to adjust his status. I can't seem to find that post now. Does anyone know if that's still true and/or what paperwork to make sure he gets?? The will give him a "packet" to take with him to the interview and within it will be the necessary documents for entry into the US. He will also be given, a form DS-3025 which will be used once he arrives in the US and applies for AOS.

Thanks for your help.
