I thik the user name is your email address. There is a forgot password link.on the same page where you are going to log in. If you click that link you can give your user name which is the email address. Probably you will get the password for that email. You might have got the email earlier when you first created the username. You can search your email to find it. That will also confirm your user name which is the email address.
