Hi all

I was living for 6month in the us for about 10 yours ago, i had a CR1 and a SSN.

I had to leave US becuse my mother got cancer (2nd time)

And we/i never got to apply for removel of the conditional thing.

Now im trying to move back with my wife, she a american.

And we had the cr1 removed from my passport, but i stil have the ssn.

Will the fact that im in the system, be good or bad for me ?

And will they just "remove" my ssn and give me a new one ?

Thx all for this great forum.

Won't make it good or bad, you will keep the same SS number as you had last time. However it is only 'valid' when you have a valid authorized visa to work :) actually makes it easier because you don't need to apply for it from scratch!

Thx

Yes i did know that i needed more with the ssn :)

Well nice to know, again thx
