Medical - vaccine proof - what is acceptable at Knightsbridge?

I know lots of you have BTDT. I have a printout from the doctor, just listing dates and vaccine given for my entire life. Will that be sufficient, or do I need to make sure it's on headed paper and signed by a GP etc? I ask because on another thread elsewhere someone said her husband had to have all vaccines again because his record wasn't in "a US format". But that was a different embassy so maybe that was the issue. Thanks.

Married since 2001. Lived in USA for 5.5yrs, UK for 9yrs, back to USA in 2016.

I had my GP print my record out on headed paper then asked if she could please sign it and stamp it with the practice name and address. I had no issues at my medical with this. You can also request a blood test which also shows your immunity to the required immunisations. :)

I too had a GP print out that had some NHS details on the header/footer.

Mine had a compliments slip from my GP stapled to it but the nurse at Knightsbridge just tore it off and binned it.

They will get hundreds of these printouts a month, they will know what the official formats look like.

Best of luck to you!

People have taken all kinds of immunization records to Knightsbridge and they seem to be fine with anything...printout, signed, unsigned, handwritten, letterhead, plain paper, etc. No need to worry in my opinion.
