Ok we are here now in Manila, Evy already had her first day at st Luke's done today, tomorrow, Tuesday, will be her final day at st Luke's and the will give her all her papers for interview as Manila does, we are originally scheduled for nov 5 for interview, but there is still openings this week at embassy , is there any reason we can't reschedule and interview on Thursday? That leaves only a day between finished medical and interview. I assume since st Luke's releases all documents to applicant to take to interview this be fine? Am I missing any reason why not?

We really want to get out of Manila and get to our province in cebu

So long as your medical will be complete before the interview, you can schedule your interview any time after wards. If you still have time in Manila after the interview, you may want to look into going to the CFO Seminar, which is also required. If not, they still do CFO in Cebu, I believe.
