Hello vj family, thanks for your help thus far.last month,I got an rfe for a joint sponsor,I finally got a joint sponsor today, who makes way above the requirements I need, but one of his w2 is missing.but the two w2 he got ammounts to 32,000 which is way above the household size of 3.but the income he made on his 1040 is 38000(of which one of the w2 is missing).my question, would the missing w2 ammounts to anything?or will it be a problem?

If you have his IRS tax transcripts and he's filing single, then you don't need to provide W2s.

If he filed jointly and is only using his income, then he can request a copy of his W2 from his employer or from IRS for a fee

If he filed single, then with the I-864, he doesn't need to provide W2s if he provides the IRS Tax transcripts.

Alright, thanks but in the rfe I received,my joint sponsor was not asked to provide transcript, the rfe stated that my joint sponsor should provide a copy of his tax return and all supporting documents.w2;1099;2555 and all tax schedule.

Hmm, I'm quite sure you can submit the IRS tax transcripts in lieu of the entire tax return. But, if you want to go strictly by the RFE, then you can have him ask his employer for a copy of the W2. Or, you can use the link I sent and request a copy of the entire tax return. In the tax return, they'll include all his W2s.

You should provide all the W2s so it's best you get the 3rd one before you send it out in order to avoid more RFEs.
