On this form, #28 is where she will live, with me. Do I fill out #29 with where she lives now (as in #3), or if she was living abroad still after marriage (which is not the case)?

Just want to double check.

Check out the example form, it's very useful.

29 is her current address outside of the US.

This I129 is from the Petitioner perspective as the post above reference the example form.

#3 is you / your address.

#28 is your address since you are planning you two will immediately live with each other and by then you wont be living elsewhere.

#29 is where she currently resides abroad, right now.

Will that be a problem that her mailing address if in another country, her home, not her place of residence (mailing)?

It shouldn't be a problem if her mailing address and residential address are different.

If you're concerned, you can always explain the reason for this in the cover letter, or an attached sheet :)
