Hi everyone,

On this April, I filled and submitted an i-130 form for my wife. Unfortunately, I was confused about Part C, question 17: List husband/wife and all children of your relative so I put my wife's name on it instead of my name (I sponsor my wife). Today, after six months, I find out my mistake. Does anyone know what should I do now, please? My case was transferred to California Service Center, 2nd Flr, 24000 Avila Road, Laguna Niguel, CA 92607-0111 on Sep 2, 2015.

Looking forward some helps!.

Please dont any action for your mistake, when they (uscis) response for your mistake then you send new i-130 with signature & date.

I think it's not a big problem.they will approve it.
