Supporting documentation for parent's petition

Hi, everyone!

I just completed the Online Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration Application (DS-260) for my mother and have a few questions about the supporting documentation that the NVC requires. I have already completed the following items:

• I-130 with an original copy of birth certificate and certified translation.
• Choice of Address and Agent form.
• Affidavit of Support form (along with copies of my passport, birth certificate, income verification documents, etc.).
• Payment of both the AOS ($120) and IV ($325) fees.
• DS-260 online.

I understand that the next step is to submit the supporting documentation for the DS-260 application. So my questions are:

1. What additional supporting documents do I need to submit to the NVC?
2. Along with the I-130, I submitted an original birth certificate with a certified translation. Do I need to submit another one now or can it be a copy?
3. If a new birth certificate is needed, does it have to be translated to English? (My mother lives in Cuba and all her documentation, including my BC, is in Spanish).
4. Along with the AOS form, I also submitted a copy of my US passport. Do I need to submit a new copy now?
5. Do I need to submit a copy of my mother's passport and the passport-style photos to the NVC? (Or does that need to be turned in at the time of the interview in Cuba only?)

I would extremely appreciate any assistance with these questions! Also, if there's anything else I'm missing, please let me know.

You only need to submit photocopies to NVC and yes, translate them.
