Your NOA letter gives you an additional opportunity to submit evidence. But past that I don't think I've seen anyone submit evidence and I'm not sure evidence gathered after the application holds much weight.

Wait till you get an RFE but collect all the evidence in the mean-time and have it ready to send in if you do get an RFE.

If your I751 packet was light on evidence especially.

What have you sent in so far?

If you get RFE very little bit will help! If she names you a beneficiary at her new job it will show them the continuation of your relationship after you applied for the ROC.

That's pretty much my list of evidence except I sent our mortgage statement

The evidence which holds the most weight are: House Deed, taxes, co-mingling of money and life insurance. You'll be approved with no RFE. You'll just have to give it 8-9 months.
