Hi all! I had my medical exam done on Friday 9th October and I applied for my interview (via readiness form online) about 3 weeks ago but have not received any confirmation.
I am beginning to get a little worried that it didn't go through? Is there someway I can call to check if they received it?

The readiness form does not cue the interview. Your medical results may reach the embassy today or tomorrow. Don't contact the embassy. You need to go back to your K1 instructions from the embassy here http://london.usembassy.gov/iv/fiance_instructions.html

Read the third paragraph starting with "Please note" in red type.

Also read the last sentence of Step 4.
