Part 2 current legal name

Good morning guys

How are you doing this morning ? I have question about part 2

My first,middle,and last name in the following the same :

1- Green card

2- driving license

3- social security card

in the documents above they put my first name then initial middle name then the last name

Q- what I have to type in the box which says current legal name (((Middle name if applicable ))

Is it okay to type the first letter as in the documents above ?

And the same thing in Q2 part 2 the name in green card ?

by th way in the passport they put the full middle name

For legal name, do NOT use initials.

For the Green Card question, do use the initial, as that is how it is displayed on the GC.

This is what I did, and did not have any trouble with background check, or at the interview.

Yes. Any names you may have on your birth certificate or passport.
