Hey!

Does anyone have any advice on getting to speak with a supervisor?

It has been 4 months since my I130 was approved and I still havent heard anything from the NVC.

I called 2 weeks ago, and the lady told me to email askNVC@state.gov

Today (the same lady) told me that was the wrong email address and I should email NVCresearch@state.gov

I'm so frustrated :(

Any help would be appreciated!

Yes, ask to speak with a Supervisor. Or ask the Immigration Liason from your local Congressman/Senator's Office to become involved. I am having trouble with my approved I-129f being forwarded to the NVC. It has been roughly 45 days. After talking with someone other than a receptionist, I was asked to submit a copy of my Approval Notice so the NVC could submit an inquiry with USCIS to find out why it has not yet been forwarded and where it is. I was told by the NVC that it is unusual for them not to receive the paperwork within 35 days. Best of luck...I hope its figured out soon.
