Hi, im in the aos process i already send the package. I did the biometrics mine was code 3 my son was code 2. What time take after that? i did the biometrics on sep 22nd

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Now you just wait for an RFE, approval with interview, approval with interview waiver, or denial. Take a look at the Fam.-based AOS Progress Forum for threads from fellow people waiting for their AOS adjudication.

I didnt apply for the ead and at the place for the fingerprint the take me a picture and the biometrics was code 3 and the man told me "im doing thins like that and taking more time because we are procesing your permanent residence" he told me that because he was taking my fingerprint one by one.
