My appointment for N-400 is on Oct.1 and I didn't realize that My State ID is expired since last month is it okay bringing expired State ID?

If you have a valid passport from your home country that should be fine as well, but its better to go and renew your ID tomorrow it shouldnt take that long. Good luck by the way.

Agree with others, just go to the DMV. I had to go last week to get a new id so I have it for my interview when the time comes. They gave me a temporary state id until my permament one came in the mail, I applied on Sept 19 and had my permament one Sept 25. it doesn't take too long.
