I felt the frustration ;( ;( ;( .I have a question regarding about SSI?!. Because of affidavit of support.. we have joint sponsor and all the requirements of the joint sponsor is already prepare but it said their petitioner and joint sponsor are required to file for affidavit of support. The problem is my man has no federal tax and been work off the books job before he start filing the I-129f he's still works but when he's waiting on this case he stop working.. What should he do?. Please any suggestion that will help us to solve the problems!.. Do you think it will not affect k1 case?!..I hope you'll help us .. Thank you so much and god bless...

Because he is the petitioner he still needs to fill out the form as the main sponsor, the joint sponsor would fill out a separate form.

21 Aug 2013: I-129F Sent

11 Feb 2014: Visa APPROVED!

20 May 2014: Wedding!

12 Feb 2015: AOS Interview - Approved

As I told you in a PM, the USC petitioner worked illegally 'under the table' and they need to file their back taxes, if they wish to sponsor you. There is no other way around it.
