What is "petitioner documents" in IV package?

I'm all set with the AOS/IV package. Just one thing keeps bothering me. I can't figure out what "petitioner documents" mean in the document cover sheet under Supporting Documents? Is it my Naturalization certificate? My American passport?

Also, "proof of relationship" in financial documents? I'm assuming this only applies in cases where there is a cosponsor? or am I assuming wrong? Should I include, marriage certificate or something in the AOS package as well?

Third and last question. I'm packing each package separately- AOS and IV. And then putting them both in one large mailing envelope. Is this correct?

Petition documents are If you are applying for an IR5 (parent of a U.S. citizen) or F4 (brother or sister of a U.S. citizen) visa you must obtain an original (or certified copy) of your petitioner’s birth certificate.

• You must send a photocopy of your petitioner's birth certificate to the NVC.
• You must submit the original (or certified copy) and a photocopy of your petitioner's birth certificate to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate at the time of your interview.

If this is for your wife documents you do not need the petitioner documents (Birth certificate)

Second question relationship to sponsor is for other house hold member income if their income is combine with yours

If you completed Form I-864A, submit evidence that proves your relationship to the sponsor (the person who filed Form I-864). You can prove your relationship by submitting a photocopy of one of the documents below:

3rd question yes you can send the packets that way. that is how I sent them when my wife case was at NVC
