Based on your other post you are the beneficiary, therefore YOU do not have to submit the police clearance until the Packet 3 stage or interview stage, depending on your consulate (which you must to then, even if it is clean).

The US petitioner only needs to submit their criminal history/records with the petition if they have convicted a crime listed on page 5 of the I-129f packet, for example, domestic violence, or any major major felonies such as murder, manslaughter, rape etc. (read page 5 for the entire list). They also need to submit the records if they have 3 or more alcohol or drug related convictions. If the petitioner has charges/convictions not in this list, they do not need to submit anything, just check no in the boxes. And of course, if they have a completely clean record, nothing further needs to be submitted, and again, check no in the boxes..

The guides on VisaJourney are very helpful with documents that need to be included. They tell you everything you need to have for the I-129f part of the process by providing a checklist, and will further help you as you move along your journey: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide. If you want to prepare yourself, click the portal link at the top of the page for your country to look at the documents required by the US embassy/consulate for where you will submit your packet 3/have your interview.

Make sure you read the instructions for the I-129f packet as well - it will also help you: http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-129finstr.pdf

Good luck on your journey :)
