yes it is I also have the same NOA1 as you & it saying the same thing but I am at California and they say it 5 month to be approved at Texas so good luck to you.

Hello has anyone filling form I-130 or I-129f to bring their spouse have had a response, like has anyone been approved from september 2015 fillers? HELP PLEASE

I have not seen someone get approved.

I have seen more that has there case gone to NVC and they seem to go pretty fast.

My self have the case at NVC and i have gotten to part where i have to mail papers to NVC and i hope to get that done soon.

I have not seen someone get approved.

I have seen more that has there case gone to NVC and they seem to go pretty fast.

My self have the case at NVC and i have gotten to part where i have to mail papers to NVC and i hope to get that done soon.

Hey my friend, as you hinted me, I sent an inquiry to NVC and provided them my email. They emailed me two welcome letters.

Each one has the document cover sheet for the IV package; DID YOU RECEIVE THE SAME FROM ASKnvc@state.gov?

If you did, then you have both cover sheets, the AOS and the IV.

I posted a topic reply regarding this Document Cover Sheet and I decided to mail both packages today, using both cover sheets.

I will probably get the IV bill some time today or next week and eventually I will have the DS-260 available online to file.

STAGE 1: USCIS

09-11-2015 Received NOA1 via email with a PD of 09-09-2015

09-19-2015 Received I-797C via snail mail. (NOA1)

10-21-2015 My wife came to visit me on a B1/B2. No problems at POE Miami :P

11-04-2015 Received NOA2 via email. (56 days after NOA1)

11-08-2015 My wife ends visit and returns to Colombia to wait for interview :(

11-09-2015 Received I-797 via snail mail. (NOA2)

STAGE 2: NVC

11-16-2015 NVC received our case,(12 days after NOA2).

12-08-2015 NVC assigned case and invoice ID number,(34 days after NOA2) Case was assigned after 13:00 PM. I called at 12:30 then at 19:00 PM

12-08-2015 Completed Choice of Agent DS-261

12-09-2015 Received 2 emails with Welcome Letters for my wife and I, they were sent by ASKnvc@state.gov

12-09-2015 AOS bill became available and I paid it. (IN PROCESS)

12-12-2015 Mailed AOS and IV packages.

12-14-2015 Received via email IV bill from ASKnvc@state.gov and paid the IV fee.

12-14-2015 AOS fee updated to PAID

12-15-2015 USPS tracking shows AOS/IV packages were delivered to NVC. Waiting for a SCAN date.

12-16-2015 IV fee updated to PAID and completed DS-260

12-19-2015 Scan Date (45 days after NOA2). I called on 01-13-16 and I was told my scan date is 12-15-15????

01-26-2016 Case complete. (83 days after NOA2)

01-29-2016 Called NVC, I was informed my CO Interview will be on 03-01-2016 at 08:00.

02-02-2016 Received Interview Letter (P4) via email.

STAGE 3: US Embassy Bogota

02-11-2016 US Embassy Bogota received my package at 10:39.

02-12-2016 CEAC Visa Status changed from "IN TRANSIT" to "READY"

02-24-2016 Lab exams at the clinic and Bio-metrics at the CAS center.

02-25-2016 Medical Exams.

03-01-2016 Interview Date (175 days after I mailed I-130) VISA APPROVED. CEAC status changed to AP

03-02-2016 Paid Immigrant Visa Fee via ELIS account. CEAC status changed to ISSUED

03-03-2016 US Embassy Bogota sends Passport and Visa package via DHL Waybill 2900131780 to Cali.

03-04-2016 My wife picked up at DHL sealed approved IV package and her passport with a stamped I-551 IV Category CR1.

Each case has different requirements, in my case I qualify for I-864EZ because all my earnings are from one source, one employer and its a decent income. So I do not need a lot of documents for AOS..

So besides the I-864EZ, I am attaching IRS transcripts for last 3 years and that is it.

For IV package I am sending:

Birth certificate.

Marriage Certificate

Divorce certificates

Copy of her passport data page.

Police Certificate.

Translation of Birth certificate because USCIS did not required it, but Bogota US Embassy, requires translations for all civil documents.

It should be 2 packets , AOS with the AOS cover sheet with barcode you got when you payed AOS fee and IV packet with the cover sheet checking what items you are sending, it has a barcode also.

Put both packets with their respective cover sheets in the same envelope and mail to NVC

Question to you:

When you paid the AOS fee, you had the option to print or email your receipt and cover sheet for AOS.

When you paid your IV fee, DID YOU GET THE OPTION TO PRINT OR EMAIL A COVER SHEET FOR IV?

I am asking because the Cover Sheet for IV we received with the Welcome :Letter includes both packages; AOS and IV. I do not believe this is a big deal but I will mail both packages together today.

Question to you:

When you paid the AOS fee, you had the option to print or email your receipt and cover sheet for AOS.

When you paid your IV fee, DID YOU GET THE OPTION TO PRINT OR EMAIL A COVER SHEET FOR IV?

I am asking because the Cover Sheet for IV we received with the Welcome :Letter includes both packages; AOS and IV. I do not believe this is a big deal but I will mail both packages together today.

It should be 2 packets , AOS with the AOS cover sheet with barcode you got when you payed AOS fee and IV packet with the cover sheet checking what items you are sending, it has a barcode also.

Put both packets with their respective cover sheets in the same envelope and mail to NVC

Why i ask is, that i dont want to put Copys of Passport etc. * 2, if i only need to do it once.

I have a joint sponsoer and i have a i-864 from him and my wife, so i will need to have that together in one.

As i payed i got all the paperworks needed.

I payed Agent Fee Friday and it´s still processing!

I payed IV Fee last night and its processing.

Can you tell me here or in a msg, how you put it together.

IV fee and AOS fee still showing as "in process" and they were paid on Friday... Patience as usual! :rolleyes:

Here we got most of the information and documents ready. Only waiting to receive some tax stuff we need for the AOS. We need a joint-sponsor, but we have that covered too.

I need to request the police certificate, but my attorney has not instructed me to do it yet (I believe it's due to a expiry date matter).

Wishing all the best to y'all, so we have a smooth and quick journey through NVC and Consulate! I'm very happy to read about your updates :)
