NVC IV Application inactive, emailed NVC about adding child to the process

Hello,

Really would like to get someones advice -

My child was just recently born. I emailed NVC asking about how I could add my child to the process (F2A, spouse of a green card holder) and it has been almost 40 days without any response!

I just paid Affidavit of support fee online and it says PAID

However when I try to click on IV application fee it come back without applicant name and amount 0.00

Anyone else had this issue?

Is it anyway I should be submitting my Affidavit of support documentation first? And then submitting the rest of supporting documents? Or Affidavit and Supporting documents should be submitted together? But them I'm running into a problem of not being able to submits DS form online:(

i think once you pay the IV fee then only in 1 or 2 days your DS-260 becomes available.

Congratulations for your new born babay

Here is the action plan:

1.You need to email baby's birth certificate to NVC.

2. Request them to issue you a IV Invoice for your babay.

2.Call NVC and say them to update your form in family details by adding your son.

You will receive a sperate IV invoice within a month as well as will be allowed to fill a ds260 for your babay.
