document review department or second supervisor review ?

Hey,

Does anybody know what the document review department is ? I thought that was the regular review department.

We were put on supervisor review on august 12

Then, I spoke to supervisor Lyvia on August 28.

Last monday, an operator told me that on august 28, Lyvia put us on a second supervisor review, and that it will/can take another 42 days to get reviewed.

Yesterday, a new supervisor told me that on august 28, Lyvia put us on a document review department, not a supervisor review, and that it will/can take another 42 days to get reviewed.

Our checklist scan date is july 6 :/
