Has anyone here already gone thru the interview with a delayed birth registration? I was wondering what additional documents were asked from you and whether you were asked why the birth registration was delayed and what answer did you give the consul?

I don't have the experience you are looking for but here is the official ruling from PSA if you have not already read through it. Just some advice, just be truthful with your answer to the reason for the tardiness of your registration. I'm sure they have heard every excuse one can think of but truth should be your guide. We had an our interview last week and the consul gave us a list of documents we need to gather and return back in order to establish us citizenship. I would like to learn more about what they asked you too.. thanks

My bc was late registered last 2000 no question about it. Good luck
