Okay, so my wife is Canadian, and apparently early on in the process (we are at the AOS at the NVC currently) she says that we submitted a supplemental form to allow her to still visit the US while the immigration application was processing, but I have no recollection of this nor can I find any records of it or any form that would do this on this site or the USCIS site or the NVC site, can anyone direct me to what she may have been thinking of or let me know if such a thing exists or what? Cause she is taking a vacation with a friend of hers to Disney and wants to have that form when she crosses, though she has crossed many times before fine without it, but she keeps insisting the form exists and wants me to find it. Any help is appreciated.

There is no form.

She is free to travel as any Canadian is, though if possible, she may want to bring some proof of needing to return home (job etc), as she clearly has immigrant intent now, just not yet.
