I hope someone can enlighten on this..How important is work or employer history for the petitioner of i129f petition on his g325-a biographic info..coz my American fiance had lost his job and he is planning to send in the i129f package on monday..he will be starting a new job a week or so from now..

my main question is ,will employment details affect our petition?

Welcome to the forum.

Your petitioner should be complete and accurate in filling out the biographic information on the Form G-325A. The issue with finances will come up when the Form I-134 is completed and submitted at the interviewing embassy. The Manila embassy has been known to be kind of picky about co-sponsors. Check in at the Phil. Regional Forum for more details.

Good luck on your immigration journey.
