Thanks Happy Chic for your quick replied..

I know I am so close.I got my Condition Green Card January of 2011 and got my 10 years without any issues. Do you have a link on the requirements for 5 years?

When it comes to documentation I really don't care much providing them almost got them all on file now.

Any idea what the normal time frame for interview date? I just want to finish this immigration stuffs to concentrate mostly on my exam.

Thanks again..

The 3 years rules doesn't require more documents like people always say. It's the easiest and the fastest if u can demonstrate you are still married ? to your us spouse. Just submit your taxes for 3 years, marriage cert,us spouse birth cert&child if u have any. Copies of your GC then find anything that is recent to show u both live together u will be fine. I am filling under 3 years too. The most difficult part of this journey is obtaining the K1 visa from your home country while the naturalization is the simplest of all if u adhere to the instruction.
