I am going to file I-130/I-485/I-765 simultaneously for my wife.

The instructions on the I-130 form tell us to mail it to Vermont. The instructions on the I-485/I-765 forms tell us to mail to Chicago.

Should we mail all three forms in one package to the Chicago lockbox?

02/26/07 - Sent I-130/485/765 package to Chicago Lockbox

03/09/07 - NOA1

03/12/07 - NOA2: Biometrics appointment 03/22/07

03/17/07 - Email: REF

03/22/07 - Letter: REF for I-693/693A

03/31/07 - Case resumed

04/14/07 - Letter: AOS interview on May 23

02/09/2005-------Sent in request to Congressional office for assistance with expediting EAD.

02/13/2007 -------- EAD Approved!

02/26/2007 - ------EAD received

Removal of Conditions:

05/12/2009 -- Overnighted application by USPS express mail (VSC).

05/14/2009 -- Green Card expired.

05/23/2009 --- Check cleared bank.

05/26/2009 -- Received NOA (NOA date May 15, 2009, guess they aren't deporting me).

05/29/2009- Biometrics Notice date

06/01/2009- Received Biometrics Letter

06/18/2009 - Biometrics

09/23/2009 - date of decision to approve (letter received), just waiting for card. No online updates whatsoever.

Hmm,

I don't know that it actually does, I don't have them here off hand, but in cases of concurrently filing I-130 and I-485 they stay together at the same place.

go to the USCIS (www.uscis.gov)webpage and click on 'forms'-when you click the form you want it lists the Chicago addresses for mailing the form.
