Hello all!

Josh will finally be moving to the U.S next weekend!!

Since finishing the K-1 process though, Josh had his inteview at the beginning of June and soon after had the visa in hand. I have moved to another state and Josh will be joining me here. But the address on all our I-129F paperwork was my parents address which I no longer live at.

Do I have to inform them I've moved?

Or can we just keep moving forward and use this address from now on when we finally apply for AOS?

11/18/2014 - Sent off our I-129F packet to Dallas

12/01/2014 - Hardcopy of NOA1 received in the mail

12/22/2014 - Hardcopy of NOA2 received in the mail

01/26/2015 - Case now listed as "Ready"

04/02/2015 - Medical

04/25/2015 - #2 Packet 4 received

06/02/2015 - Interview - APPROVED!

06/08/2015 - AP

You don't need to notify USCIS about anything; simply use your new address on his I-485 (when you file it) and your other supporting documentation.
