Case status after submitting documents

Hello All,

I am an Employment based applicant. I submitted my DS-260 and sent the IV documents last week. When I check the status online, I see a "At NVC" status.

I have been reading the forums here and I have seen posts about "Scan date" when the documents are received. How can I check that? Should I call them? Or will there be a new status when I check online. I checked the status here: https://ceac.state.gov/ceacstattracker/status.aspx

Please advice. Thanks in advance.

Only way to get your scan date is to call them. Your status will say At NVC the entire time until you are scheduled Interview. Than You may see the "In Transit" Than once it arrives at Embassy it will say "READY"

Case Complete to Interview spreadsheet

From now on your VJ Member name will be verified. If the name you put on form to be added to spreadsheet comes up not found, you will not be added to the spreadsheet. If you don't have a timeline you will not be added to the spreadsheet.
Please Please put your VJ member name only. Not nicknames or real names whatever your VJ name is. It's below your profile picture!!

Thank you so much. I tried calling today and it always goes to the automated message. Will keep trying.

Does the review time of 30 days start from the "scan date"?
