Short answer is yes, but bring strong ties to show you're going home. No one can guarantee border patrol will let you in. However, legally, yes you can....success depends on ties to show you're going home.

The good news is yes you can, I'm in the US at the moment visiting my Fiancee, and I'm still waiting for my NOA2!

Make sure you have as many ties to your home country as possible and all the paperwork of your K1 visa so far, this is to show you are following the correct procedure and doing it the legal way. It all depends on the actual Immigration officer you meet on the day, On this visit my immigration officer never asked me a single question, not one!
