I am trying to print the visa fee deposit slip and am having trouble getting it to fit on a single page. Are the bank copy and customer copy supposed to be on the same page?

Is the customer copy the receipt needed for the interview?

Thank you for your assistance

You may have to adjust your printers margins for it to fit on one page. You do that in the printer's print confirmation page that pops up just before you print. There maybe a setting to "fit" on one page that you need to check. Each printer is different so look over everything to see if you can do the adjustment or the check fit box before printing. If not make a screen shot of the receipt and bring it along.

The actually receipt is not needed for the interview but once you get the receipt back from the bank it will have the UID number on it and you will need for scheduling the visa interview. More information is here.

Good luck.

Thanks Greenbaum - I have your page in my favorite bar and refer to it regularly. I have tried various settings including minimal and no margins. No matter what I do, it dies not fit on 1 page. The page always breaks in the middle of the instructions on the customer copy.

Windows has a snipping tool. If your using win 8 try this.

To open Snipping Tool

Open Snipping Tool by swiping in from the right edge of the screen, tapping Search (or if you're using a mouse, pointing to the lower-right corner of the screen, moving the mouse pointer up, and then clicking Search), entering Snipping Tool in the search box, and then tapping or clicking Snipping Tool.

Let me know.

It fits when I select A4 for the paper size. I'll get her to go to the Cafe and print it there.

Thank you
