How to contact consulate in Lima Peru

does anyone knows how to get a hold of the consulate in Lima? We have sent numerous emails and we haven't got any answers. My fiancé missed her appointment because she never received the package notifying her of her appointment, we found out she missed her interview through a congressional inquiry. Now we are trying to reschedule her interview and the consulate is not responding any of our emails. Does anyone know of a number we can call to reschedule her interview?
