Hi everyone, More questions from me O.o I know sorry. So my question is ... if i have a co-sponsor do they need to be an USC or can they be a legal resident in the US. I'm the sponsor USC, of my husband. We were going to use our assets but after talking with a lawyer, he told us proving the assets would be so difficult and using a co-sponsor would be much easier. The only person we know who could do this isn't a USC but a legal resident. Could we use this person or not? Thanks again!
