I am a dual citizen US and Philippines. I wanted to apply for a fiancè visa but I have no idea how my case will be because for now i'm staying in the philippines but I wanted to apply for it I dont have a job in the US but I do have one here and its a business that I owned would it still be possible for me to apply and get approved?

Do you file taxes in the U.S. on your income? Can you maintain the income from the business once in the USA?

No I havent and when I get back to the US i'm planning to start a home care business.

Yup I know a variety of people that have done the DCF, friends of mine in Tucson completed it about 2 years ago.

Knowing what I know now I would have went that route.
