i showed up for my interview 20 minutes early. After waiting for about an hour, a gentleman approached me and said " I'm sorry, we will have to reschedule your interview because we do not have all your files but it wouldn't be long." So I left wondering why did they even scheduled me if they do not have my files. I called the military helpline when I got home only to be told that my file was there, they just couldn't find it because it was an outside contractor that was initially handling my case but my file has now been found. I called the helpline 15 minutes after I left their office. It's been over a week and still waiting for the letter to come in..

Feb. 24, 2010 - Our Wedding!
March 11, 2010 - AOS, EAD, I-130 package sent
March 12, 2010 - Package received 9:26am (Day 1)
March 19, 2010- Text and Email Notification of receipts 12:28pm (Day 7)
March 29, 2010- Biometrics letter received for April 12, 2010 (Day 17)
March 29, 2010- Biometrics done. Walk in-Oklahoma City (Day 17)
April 03, 2010- Received RFE (I-485) (Day 22)
April 06, 2010- USCIS Received response to REF. LUDs (I-485) 4/6/10 and 4/7/10 (day 25)
April 30, 2010- Interview notice received dated 04/27/2010. Appointment date 06/03/2010 (Day 49)
May 06, 2010-- EAD Card production ordered (received text & email) (Day 55)
May 13, 2010-- Second email and text msg for EAD approval and Touched on I-765
May 17, 2010-- AOS and I-130 Touched.
May 24, 2010--Third email and text msg for EAD approval and EAD mailed.
May 27, 2010--EAD card received.
June 03, 2010-- AOS Interview
June 28, 2010---1st Card Production Ordered
July 01, 2010---2nd Card Production Ordered
July 02, 2010---Welcome to USA letter and I-130 Approval Notice Received
July 12, 2010---Green Card Received
Removing of conditions
May 30, 2012--- ROC Package sent
May 31, 2012--- Package received 12:49PM
June 06,2012---- Check cashed
July 11, 2012--- Biometric done
February 27, 2013---Approved. Card Production Ordered.
March 04, 2013---Green Card Received

Naturalization

April 09, 2015---Application Package sent

April 13, 2015---Package received 08:30AM

April 17, 2015---Text and Email Notification of receipts 10:26pm

April 20, 2015---Check cashed

April 23, 2015---NOA received

May 02, 2015- Biometrics letter received for May 13, 2015

July 16, 2015-- N-400 Initial interview date but rescheduled.

Sept.16, 2015- N-400 Interview- passed but requested spouse divorce decree

Sept. 27, 2015- Divorce decree document hand delivered.

Oct 06, 2015 ---N-400 Approved.

Nov 10, 2015-- Oath Ceremony

Terribly sorry to hear this, but it's surmountable. The letter will show up.

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).
