work in US right after entering on k1?

Hello everybody:)

I have read a lot about K1 but 1 question keeps evading me-

i see here and there that you can be given work authorization right after

you enter USA on K1 visa, but not on every port of entry.

I have 2 questions rehgarding that-

1) Is it true it happens only at JFK and even ther not always?

2)What do you have to do after that - do you have to go to USICS office or something?

3)Is it true that no matter whether you ge married or not your work authorization is good for 90

days after you enter USA?

I would appreciate if anybody can answer me, cause I'm really

confused about it. Thank you guys:)

The only Air POE that is giving the temp EAD is JFK... you dont have to do anything they will stamp your I-94 card as work authorized....

Yes the temp EAD is good for 90 days... then you are ment to stop working until you have the 1 Year EAD you will file for along with your AOS...

The only airport that is reportedly giving with any consistency is JFK. There are sporadic reports of other airports (DTW for one) but it is certainly rarer than JFK.
