Hello all,

we are expecting our DS130 to be approved soon and we are preparing for our NVC processing. This is to bring a minor child (stepson of USC) here. My question is, since he is a minor, will the choice of agent form be required or relevant? Do we just need to fill out the DS261 electronically to designate myself as the petitioner?

thanks

I believe you have to fill out the DS 261 regardless of age.

Once the case is approved and transferred to NVC then you'll receive the case number and invoice id through which you can designate yourself as the agent online.
