Me and my fiancee are planning on getting married in January then applying for a CR1 visa. It is my understanding that she will need police clearences from anywhere she stayed for more than 6 months. She worked overseas both in the UAE and Turkey for over 6 months. I was wondering if anyone has any eperience getting police clearences in either one of these countries or if anyone has any information that will help. As far as I can tell she might not need the clearence from the UAE because you can only get it in person but I could be wrong. As far as Turkey goes I don't have much information on that yet. If it matters she is from the Philippines and is currently living there. I know there is a lot of time until January but I want to start looking into this now in case it is a long process.
