Put your AOS and IV application cover letter, I864, tax returns, w-2, and all other supporting documents for your wife in one envelope and write on the outside beneficiary name, DOB, USCIS case #, Petitioner name. Do the same for your child. Double check all the data and don't mix them up. Some of course will be the same, tax and income info.

Both can then be sent at the same time to NVC. I personally recommend UPS / FedEx NDA or 2DA for the traceability. NDA really not a requirement because your case will be there for at least 6 weeks before you hear from them again, One day isn't going to make a big difference.

I'm pretty sure that you only need to send 1 AOS fee although 2 submissions. For the IV you need to send 2 fees, I think now $325 for each.

I would suggest calling the NVC right at 7AM ET and verify for sure and see how to only pay one fee.
